Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. All accepted and presented papers will be published in IEEEXplore. Selected papers will be published in one or more special issues of reputed, abstracted, and indexed journals. Maximum paper length for the proceedings is six pages, with up to two additional pages with page charges (6+2). Additional pages will be charged at USD30 per page. This may include figures, tables and references. The paper must be written in English. To help ensure correct formatting, please use the Standard IEEE conference templates.
